Bryan Hall

Bryan Hall serves as Associate Pastor of Fellowship Chapel Church, Bristol, Virginia, with responsibilities in preaching and missions.  A native of Arkansas, he earned a bachelor’s of science degree in psychology at Arkansas State University and a Master of Arts in Religious Education at Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Cordova, Tennessee.  He has served churches in Arkansas, Tennessee, Alabama and Virginia.

Bryan is married to Karen (Gorham) Hall of Memphis and they have 3 adult children.  Meeting Jesus at a young age, Bryan was raised under the influence of Godly parents and evangelistic, mission-minded pastors.  His father has been involved in short-term missions over many years and countries, along with a brother who spent 25 years in South Africa with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention.

Being raised around missions and missionaries his entire life, Bryan has been blessed to serve in short-term missions in the Ukraine, Canada, Mexico, Belize, Zambia and Nicaragua, as well as various places in the U.S.  In his travels, no other place has impacted his life like Israel and he considers serving on the board of FON as a great privilege and joy.

Clayton Pattat

Clayton Pattat is from Arlington, Tennessee and serves as the Director of Admissions at Serenity Recovery Center, a non-profit alcohol and drug treatment facility in Memphis. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's in chemical dependency counseling.

Clayton is married to Michelle Murchison Pattat and they have four sons. Michelle’s mother, Lynda Murchison, served as Treasurer and FON Board member prior to her death three years ago. Their son Eli served as a FON intern in Nazareth in 2018.

Clayton and his wife serve as FON Ambassadors and have taken several trips to the Holy Land with FON. He also serves as chairman of the Board of Directors of Shelby County Fellowship of Christian Athletes (Memphis, TN) and is active in his local church, Bellevue Baptist.

Marquita Dickinson

Marquita Dickinson has been to Israel many times with three of those journeys she has helped lead a FON ministry team.  She taught music for 21 years (PreK-12th grades) in Oklahoma and Texas. 

She is married to Brian who serves as Minister of Music for Bethel Baptist Church, Norman, OK. BBC is a FON partner church. Brian and Marquita have enjoyed serving the Lord together for 37 years!! They have 3 children (2 daughters-in-law) and 5 grandchildren.  Brian is currently a FON Ambassador.

Marquita gave her life to Christ at the age of seven and felt called to ministry in her teens.  Missions has always been a part of her life and she has been involved in many mission endeavors domestic and internationally. She and Brian are committed to continue leading summer teams to NBS.

Phil Harrison

Phil Harrison of Virginia Beach, Virginia, was affirmed as the newest Board Member of Friends of Nazareth, Inc in the Fall of 2022. Phil and his wife Liz live at the beach with their two Golden Doodles. The Harrison’s are active members of River Oak Community Church in Chesapeake. 

Phil is a General Contractor and the President of Harrison Homes, Inc. He proudly served in the United States Army. Today, Phil enjoys all-things Aviation/Flying. He is a General Aviation Pilot. 

Phil first learned of FON/NBS when he participated in the 2018 Spiritual Enrichment Journey with FON Ambassador and friend David Pierce. Since that time he has served as a FON Ambassador as our East Coast Representative. Because of the impact of his trip in 2018 , he has supported, spoken of, and shared with others the Friends of Nazareth ministry and opportunity.

Phil is a radical follower of Jesus and his life’s course was altered by God’s Grace…he enjoys serving, worshipping and tell his story.

Michelle Moore

Michelle J Moore works as the Human Resource Manager at Patterson Fan Company, and its affiliates. She has held this position for 18 of her 24 years with the company. With a love of teaching and children, she is also a homeschool mom, teaching all her children over the years, covering grades K-12, encompassing over 20 years of teaching.

Michelle is married to Mark, a mechanical engineer and purchasing director, and lives in Ridgeway, SC. They have six children – three adult married, an adult single, a college student, and the last one in high school. She also is blessed to be Nana to ten precious grandchildren. With a fondness for animals, she is working on building a small petting farm.

Michelle accepted Christ as a child, joining Shandon Baptist (Columbia, SC) with her family, where she has been an active, serving member most of her life. Her heart for missions grew from an early age in GA’s and Acteens, first becoming active in missions’ trips as a youth. Michelle uses her heart for teaching and kids in serving in roles as Preschool Sunday School teacher or director for more than 20 years.

Michelle has made multiple trips to the Holy Land, serving with FON and the VBS teams. She has had the privilege of sharing this experience with her two youngest sons. 2023 is her seventh trip and her second as team leader. The people of Nazareth and NBS hold a special place in her heart and Nazareth feels like a second home. She feels serving with FON is a joy and a calling. Michelle has been serving as a FON ambassador and is honored to now join the Board.

David Pierce

David is the chairman of the FON Ambassadors, a group of committed supporters that encourage people to become interested and ultimately invested in FON/NBS. He is a non-voting liaison to the board.

Rev. John Powell

Pastor John Powell lives in Florence Alabama with his wife Sharon. The Powell’s have two children and three grandchildren. John is retired from the US Army and served for seven years on the US Secret Service. John currently Pastor’s the Siloam Missionary Baptist Church in Russellville Alabama, he learned about FON/NBS when he went with Friends of Nazareth on a Pastor’s Vision Trip in 2018. John is a lover of missions, evangelism and Bible Prophecy.
